1. Side A, MYMP and Freestyle back for ?Love 2 Love 2 Love?

Last year was truly a season of excellently beautiful live performances in the concert arena. Viva Concerts Back 2 Back 2 Back featuring Side A, MYMP and Freestyle is one such excellent production.

And to showcase its drawing power and critical acclaim once again, a repeat of this show now billed Love 2 Love 2 Love will take center stage at the same venue, the Araneta Coliseum on Feb.15, 8 p.m.

Due to insistend public demand, a repeat of the sold-out show last Dec. 1 from three formidable bands Side A, Freestyle, and MYMP, will take place as a post-Valentine offering.

2. The MYX Music Awards 2009 nominees

It is MYX Music Awards time once again. Now on its fourth year, the annual event from the country?s top music channel honors hitmaking accomplishments of the past year with focus of course, on music videos. The award-giving will be held at the ABS-CBN Dolphy Theater on Feb. 26. But before that happens fans and viewers will have to work hard to make sure that their favorites go home with the trophies.

Here is how it goes. As in the previous years, fans? votes by text will account for 60 percent of the overall tally while the remaining 40 percent will come from artists? votes.
