HistoryThe band was formed in 1999They started out like most indie bands, who submitted a demo CD to different record companies. Eventually, one company took them in: Alpha Records. Two of their members, Acel Bisa (former lead vocalist) and Paolo Bernaldo used to be with the band Orphan Lily in the mid 1990’s. The name of the band was chosen after they had a gig but did not have a name for their band. They wrote down a list of names and when they were about to perform, they choose Moonstar. They added number 88 since Moonstar is the 88th name on their list. DiscographyStudio Albums
